Metal Channel Brushes
Our metal channel brushes are not only durable but also deliver outstanding performance. With a steadfast commitment to quality, our brushes are engineered to withstand even the most demanding environments while maintaining peak functionality.
Backing
A metal strip forms a heavy-duty backing. As the metal is formed into a U-shaped channel, the fill material is laid overtop.
Center wire
Strong wire is laid across the top of the fill material and pressed into the metal channel.
Fill material
A variety of fill material is able to be used in the strip brush, depending on the use needed.

Staple-Set Brushes

Hole pattern
Single-row or multiple-row, staggered or straight, a custom programmed hole pattern is drilled into the block.
Fill material
Each hole is filled with a folded tuft of filament. A variety of fill material is able to be used, from natural to synthetic.
Staple
Each tuft is secured with a staple, which can be steel, stainless steel, or brass.
